My sessions with Ms Sheetal have only brought about positive changes in my life and well-being. The ability to discuss and her openness to listen helped me discover things that I was not aware of about myself in terms of emotions or characteristics, which have now struck a balance and given me a sense of a stronger identity to myself. The sessions have helped me grow as a person and understand my emotions better which in turn has helped me to be in a better mental space. I am grateful to have had these sessions and they have helped me look at the bigger picture and come out of things that I was always unsure about.

I was unable to deal with my breakdown and that is when I started therapy. Ms Sheetal Bidkar is not just a psychologist but also a good human being. Her warm approach encourages me a lot. I cannot thank her enough.

Ms Sheetal is a good listener. She explains well as though she has read your mind and you come out feeling positive. Certain points that she speaks about are so relevant and such eye-openers that you almost feel as though you are speaking with a friend. She is super-friendly and makes you feel good about things.

Trustworthy, intelligent, compassionate, and solution-centric. My addictions were knocked out in less than two weeks and the will to move ahead in life became a lot stronger. Ms Sheetal is a great therapist and a wonderful human being. She is also very empowering. I probably cannot thank her enough for all the help and life hacks.

If your mind is not stable, disturbed, or you are depressed, she will help you so easily and make you so comfortable that you will forget all the tension.
