My sessions with Ms Sheetal have only brought about positive changes in my life and well-being. The ability to discuss and her openness to listen helped me discover things that I was not aware of about myself in terms of emotions or characteristics, which have now struck a balance and given me a sense of a stronger identity to myself. The sessions have helped me grow as a person and understand my emotions better which in turn has helped me to be in a better mental space. I am grateful to have had these sessions and they have helped me look at the bigger picture and come out of things that I was always unsure about.

I was unable to deal with my breakdown and that is when I started therapy. Ms Sheetal Bidkar is not just a psychologist but also a good human being. Her warm approach encourages me a lot. I cannot thank her enough.

Ms Sheetal is a good listener. She explains well as though she has read your mind and you come out feeling positive. Certain points that she speaks about are so relevant and such eye-openers that you almost feel as though you are speaking with a friend. She is super-friendly and makes you feel good about things.

One of the best decisions I made. Everything is broken down rationally and then implementation becomes a lot easier. Assigns practices that are doable and always positive. Trustworthy, intelligent, compassionate, and solution-centric. My addictions were knocked out in less than two weeks and the will to move ahead in life became a lot stronger. Ms Sheetal is a great therapist and a wonderful human being. She is also very empowering. I probably cannot thank her enough for all the help and life hacks.
