Sheetal is an internationally certified addiction counsellor with more than 14 years of experience in psychotherapy. An active researcher in mental health, throughout her rewarding career she has helped countless individuals regain their balance in life. She offers evidence-based and practical therapeutic support to patients going through various mental health challenges, including addiction, suicidal dispositions, adolescent disorders, and marital conflicts.

Sheetal has conducted workshops, camps, and talks on mental health awareness and solutions across various demographic groups in India. A compassionate speaker, Sheetal has graced the studios of All India Radio on many occasions to connect with the masses and raise awareness on mental health.
